One of the best ways to research a product before you buy it is to read reviews. Even I read reviews before I consider a certain product or service. I recently moved and had only one choice for a internet service provider. I researched alternatives to this provider because they were just to expensive. I stumbled upon satellite internet and one company stood out as “the best” but upon further research (reviews) I discovered that they had horrible customer support and even worse service. Now if I would have not researched this company I would be knee deep into a two year contract. I would have to have paid in excess of $400.00 in early termination fees on top of sending in the equipment at my own expense. Any time that you are going to go into a contract with a company it is a good idea to research them first. Some times these companies have early cancellation fees that can really expensive. Same goes for buying electronics and other more expensive products. You can always find reviews on the brands website and even on their social media pages. Googling a company or brand and adding reviews after the name also brings up a number of websites that are dedicated to reviews, the good and bad. One that I frequent is ConsumerAffairs.com you can enter a company or brand into the search bar and find reviews. I hope that you found this post both informative as well as entertaining and as always thank you for stopping by.
